- Payment records — amounts due, payment method preferences and status (we do not store full card numbers on this website)
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookie preferences where you interact with our site (see our Cookie Settings)
- Reviews — the text and name or initial you choose to publish
Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- To arrange, confirm and manage cleaning visits
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates
- To take and record payment of agency fees where applicable

We do not sell your personal details.
Legal bases
We rely on: performance of a contract (or steps before a contract) when you book; legitimate interests in running and improving our Luton cleaning service; consent where you opt in to optional cookies or marketing; and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
Sharing
We may share what is necessary with a cleaner assigned to your visit, with payment providers if you pay by card, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We will not publish a review with more than the name or initial you provided.
How long we keep it
Enquiry, booking and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for normal business and tax record-keeping. You can ask us to update or delete information we no longer need to retain.
