We provide domestic cleaning for private homes across Luton and Dunstable. We do not offer commercial, end-of-tenancy or builders’ cleans.

Yes. Regular weekly or fortnightly visits are available, with a minimum booking of two hours per visit.
Yes. One-off cleans are useful before guests arrive, after a busy period, or when you want a thorough reset without committing to a regular schedule. The cleaner's fee is £16.00/hr (a deeper clean) and the agency fee is separate — for example a 2-hour visit is £32.00 to the cleaner plus a £25 agency fee once.
The minimum booking is two hours. If your home needs more time, we can arrange a longer visit.
RM & Zee Cleaning shows clear hourly rates for weekly and fortnightly visits (paid to your cleaner — from £17.25/hr depending on hours). For one-off cleans, the cleaner's fee is £16.00 per hour for a deeper clean (paid to your cleaner after the visit) and the agency fee is a separate single charge to RM & Zee Cleaning (from £25 depending on hours). On one-off cleans these are two payments — never shown as one combined total — and the agency fee is never multiplied by hours.
Yes. Customers provide the products and equipment used in their home. That way you stay in control of what is used around your household.
Yes. Ironing can be included within your domestic cleaning requirements and is normally completed during the booked hours.
Yes, on request. This covers accessible internal glass only. We do not clean external windows, high glass that needs access equipment, or specialist glass.
Yes. Cleaners are DBS checked and reference checked before they are introduced to customers.
Yes. The business holds insurance cover. Policy details can be shared on request.
For regular customers we aim to provide the same cleaner for scheduled visits whenever possible, so they get to know your home and preferences.
The cleaner's fee is paid to your cleaner after the visit. Agency fees are paid separately to RM & Zee Cleaning by bank transfer or card as agreed when your booking is confirmed.
