Your cleaning visit takes place
Your cleaner completes the agreed domestic cleaning. Please have products, equipment and access ready.
Regular customers build a routine
For regular customers, we aim to provide the same cleaner for scheduled visits whenever possible.
A few practical points
The minimum booking is two hours. Regular weekly or fortnightly visits use the hourly rate shown for your booking (paid to your cleaner after each visit). One-off cleans are a deeper clean: the cleaner’s fee is £16.00 per hour (paid to your cleaner) plus a separate agency fee charged once to RM & Zee Cleaning.
Customers provide the cleaning products and equipment. The agency fee (one-off) can be paid by bank transfer or card; the cleaner’s fee is paid to your cleaner after the visit.
Enquiries are accepted 24 hours a day. Cleaning appointments themselves are arranged subject to availability.
