FAQ
Common questions before you book
Straight answers about hours, products, cover and how visits work.
Tell us about your home and how often you need help. We confirm coverage for your postcode, agree the hours and priorities, then arrange a cleaner for your visit. Regular customers usually keep the same cleaner whenever we can.
The minimum booking is 2 hours. Longer visits are available when your home needs more time.
Yes. You supply the products and equipment used in your home, so you stay in control of what is used around your household.
We charge by the hour. Regular weekly or fortnightly visits are from about £17.25 per hour (paid to your cleaner). One-off cleans are a deeper clean: the cleaner's fee is £16.00 per hour, plus a separate agency fee to RM & Zee Cleaning (from £25 once) — see our prices page.
For one-off cleans there are two separate payments: the cleaner's fee (£16.00 per hour for a deeper clean) paid to your cleaner after the visit, and an agency fee paid separately to RM & Zee Cleaning (for example £25 once for 2–6 hours). These are never added into one total, and the agency fee is never multiplied by hours.
Yes. Cleaners are DBS checked and reference checked, and the business holds insurance cover for peace of mind.
